Instead, we are looking for engineers who specialize in the physics of failure, component stress testing, and running laboratory diagnostics.   What you’ll be doing: Leading component qualification strategies using our in-house lab infrastructure. Defining and executing stress-testing protocols (HTOL, HAST, Thermal Cycling, ESD/Latch-up). Operating advanced diagnostics and conducting deep-dive Failure Analysis (SEM, EDX, X-ray, cross-sectioning) to identify root causes. Applying industry standards like JEDEC, AEC-Q, and IPC to ensure world-class hardware reliability.   Who we are looking for: Experience: Senior level (ideally coming from semiconductor manufacturers, component suppliers, or established hardware reliability/FA labs). Skills: Strong foundation in semiconductor physics, hands-on lab experience, and material characterization.
