What it needs now is one person who treats it like their own company. 📍 Business Head – Catalogue Ads Bangalore (or open to relocating) · Reports directly to our founder, Nitin What’s yours to own → The P&L. You set the targets with the founder and you own hitting them. → The bets. Which brands we chase (marketplaces, retailers, deep-catalogue D2C), where we win, and what we walk away from. → Go-to-market. Positioning, the sales motion, agency and platform partnerships, and the team that runs it. → The roadmap. What customers tell you becomes what product and engineering build next. → The promise. 100+ creatives a month, 5-7 day turnaround, for every client. → The big rooms. You lead the key accounts and the deals that matter most. This is probably you if You’ve owned a P&L for 3-5 years as a GM, business head or founder (5+ years overall in adtech, e-commerce, performance marketing or a creative agency) Product feeds, DPAs, Meta catalogue campaigns, Google Shopping and PMax are home turf. You already know why 10,000 SKUs with two images each is a creative problem. You’ve scaled B2B revenue and can talk about numbers you personally moved You’ve hired and led sales, delivery and ops teams You can pitch a CMO in the morning and live in a spreadsheet by afternoon AI in creative excites you more than it worries you What you get Leadership-level fixed pay plus a variable tied to the unit’s results.
