We need someone to run accounts day to day: client communication, creative briefs and coordination, helping on initial production and direction, and keeping the ball rolling. We're looking for a generalist with 3–5 years on the agency side who has handled brand clients directly. You should think and work independently, and make calls without waiting on a chain of command. We’re bringing ESG reporting, carbon accounting and business intelligence together and looking for someone whose expertise will shape both our client work and the technology we build. → Experience: 5+ years → Compensation: ₹24–36 lakh per annum → ESOPs and incentives based on performance → Full time | Bangalore | Onsite, hybrid or remote → Reporting directly to the founders If you’ve spent years collecting sustainability data, questioning calculations and getting disclosures ready for review, I would love to speak with you. The role combines hands-on ESG delivery with product building. You’ll work directly with the Founders, and our product and engineering teams. What should you bring? • Reporting Experience: Ownership of BRSR, BRSR Core, CBAM and GRI assignments, including materiality and double materiality, plus an understanding of CSRD/ESRS, SASB and ISSB IFRS S1/S2. • Carbon Expertise: Scope 1, 2 and 3 accounting, with a clear understanding of boundaries, emission factors, assumptions and supporting evidence. You should also understand carbon markets and credit quality. • ESG Ratings Experience: Interpreting methodologies, identifying gaps, supporting submissions and recommending practical improvements. • Business Judgment: Working with operational and supply-chain data, identifying decarbonisation opportunities and connecting recommendations to costs, savings and payback. Good to have • Comfort with technology: a basic understanding of how software works, and the ability to explain ESG needs to our engineers and check that the features they build work as intended. Previous experience with a tech company is a bonus. You’ll own assignments from the first client conversation to the final deliverable, then help turn what we learn into better product workflows.
