📍 Location: Bangalore 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days a week at office) 💼 Experience: 6-8 years 🔧 What you'll do: • Build production-grade AI applications, copilots, and multi-agent systems • Design RAG architectures, semantic search, and vector database solutions • Orchestrate intelligent agents with planning, reasoning, and tool usage • Apply context engineering: prompt design, memory, grounding, retrieval strategies • Build MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations for secure access to enterprise tools • Create evaluation frameworks and AI observability (tracing, token tracking, dashboards) • Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI, including prompt injection protection ✅ What we're looking for: • 6-8+ years in software engineering with strong Python or Node.js • Hands-on experience deploying AI apps in production • Experience with agentic frameworks and workflow orchestration • Strong grasp of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases • Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI or equivalent platforms • Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, and responsible AI • Strong communication and collaboration skills 📩 Interested?
